„Das Personal gab sich große Mühe aber was nicht ist,ist nicht. “

„I came at 10pm and they made me talk to them through a window by the front door in the cold. They wouldnt even open the lobby even though it wasnt that late and they knew i had a reservation. I got to my room and it smelled like smoke, suppose to be smokeless. It was dirty with hair on the bed. Grime in the shower and sink. Walls were visibly dirty with hand marks. They did not clean my room inbetween even though i stayed several days. I will not be going there again.“

„I was able to get a room on the ground floor without any problems.“

„Found a cockroach in my room climbing the wall along with a dead one after I chased it behind the fridge. Thankfully they were able to move me from the 1st floor to the 4th afterward. Parking lot is tight, someone scratched my car, which I saw after I left in the morning. Staff were younger kids that seemed distracted or just overworked. I hope them luck but I won’t be staying there again.“
