"The hotel is in a fantastic location, right on the edge of the Monkey Forest. The rooms (suites) are very clean, although there are still a few small areas where improvements could be made.
The service and the way guests are treated are truly outstanding. Everyone at the hotel knows who you are and which room you’re staying in, which makes the experience feel very personal.
We would especially like to mention Lia, who made our stay unforgettable. We’ve never experienced someone so attentive, kind, and genuinely caring in any other accommodation before. We truly hope she’ll still be working at Kaamala when we return. Thank you, Lia, for the special touch you added to our stay!
The resort itself is modern and beautifully maintained. The infinity pool is stunning, offering breathtaking views of the jungle.
Breakfast is generally good, though there’s a bit of inconsistency. Sometimes you get a fruit platter, sometimes not. Occasionally chamomile tea is available, and other times only coffee. These are small issues, though, and didn’t affect our overall experience.
All in all, a wonderful hotel that we would gladly return to."

Plus To be able to see wild nature literally outside your front door is truly an unforgettable experience! The hotel is very charming a bit of a need of certain reparations but nevertheless is Asia standard so is up to own personal standards.
Downside is the employees are a bit layback, do not clean the rooms very well, they just make your bed & do not refill unless you ask them even when you leave them a small tip. However, they are very nice and try their best.

Why I cannot give 5 stars unfortunately: when I checked in, the room was not properly cleaned, the floor was black, the toilet horrible. I paid 100€ per night & expect a clean stay. Breakfast in the hotel I cannot recommend, go out on the street and enjoy the smoothie bars out there. The hotel is silently located, however, we all needed to sleep with airplugs as a chicken was making noise by 2am. Recommendation: if you walk back in the darkness, take better a grab bike as there are wild dogs who don’t like pedestrians. Mini bar was filled and included. Laundry was good and cheap.
