Awful*Misleading*NO Communication
First time user! Nothing but a headache.
Upon arrival FRIDAY at 9:00PM, it took more than 10 tries to get the pad to accept the code to open the door. On hold the entire time with VACASA SUPPORT, never answered.
Enter the house, turn on a light and there is NO HEAT. It is in New England and it’s 32 degrees!! Again, call VACASA SUPPORT, on hold for over an hour, never an answer.
So i texted the last number that texted me about confirmation about the issue and ask to have someone CALL me asap. It is now 10:00 PM. We then went to a local hotel to see about a room.
About an hour later someone calls and asks about the issue. I explained in detail and got the response, I’ll have someone call you tomorrow to discuss it!
It is now Sunday afternoon and still NO CONTACT?!
I WILL BE CALLING THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO DISPUTE THE CHARGE TODAY.
This is not VRBO’s fault!! It is VACASA and I will get it corrected at any cost! BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE!
