„Wonderful location to the beach and excellent stay. Washer and dryer repairmen were supposed to come out but never showed up but that's not the owner's fault though. Twin beds downstairs were very creaky everytime you turned. May I suggest a step stool in the kitchen because some of the cupboard shelves were very high. All in all,it was a very nice place to stay in.“

Had informed Vacasa that we wouldn’t arrive in Falmouth until midnight 4/25 (as we picked up relatives at Logan Airport), but it hadn’t been forwarded: the sloping entry to the cottage was pitch-dark! In the morning we found garbage cans tipped over, & trash strewn all around the yard —the same thing happening the second night (both times we had to clean up a mess). „There were times when the shower in the master bathroom only emitted cold water. The water spigot in the tubs would not turn completely off in bathroom in the hallway. I had trouble with the lockbox. Maybe add more specific directions. It would have been helpful to know that MV transit bus was available at the intersection of the street and County Road.“

„We had a wonderful time. The property was private and secure. We did use the pots, pans, dishes and glasses. The property had everything we needed and the property was very clean. „We really enjoyed our stay. There were a few issues. We couldn’t get in through the front door at all we had to go in through the garage. There were no potholders for cooking. Missing sugar for morning coffee. Napkins and tissues also unavailable. The only major concern that was an inconvenience neither of the bathrooms had heat. Thank you We will definitely be back again“

„A group of friends and I had a lovely long weekend stay here. The yard is so big and perfect for games and relaxing, and the house is close to several beaches, mini golf, restaurants, ice cream, etc. The layout is kind of weird, but we had plenty of space for everything. Would stay here again!“

„Very clean and updated property! Conveniently located near the water. Comfortable place for us to rest and give my daughter/husband their space. Recommend this place and look forward to hopefully staying again. My only suggestion is to add dimmable lighting. We felt on stage in the living/kitchen area, bedroom. It would be nice to turn down bathroom light during the night.“

„The property was in a great location, not a long walk to a small beach. We had a group together for a memorial service, and were able to sleep 16. It was clean and pleasant. Some tips: - the seafood store down the road is amazing and cute - if you are a chef type, bring knives - 2 bathrooms for 16 ppl can get a little tight, so make sure your group is ready to share the space, etc. Overall, a great and affordable way to get a group of ppl together for a quiet gathering.
