Casement windows couldn’t be opened as mechanism was stripped. Main kitchen was poorly lacking ...

Each bedroom has its own keycode lock. 1 shared bathroom (downstairs) approximately 6x6 at bottom of stairs. House is also shared with owner that has their office/bedroom attached and accessible from inside rental. Owner has dog with anxiety issues that has full access to the house.
