Das Zimmer war sauber, es fehlte allerdings ein Safe, zudem waren zwei Lampen defekt. Der Fitnessraum war leider sehr vernachlässigt, es gab keine Handtücher, die Geräte waren dreckig und zum Teil defekt. Zudem fehlten Becher für das Wasser. Das Frühstück war unterdurchschnittlich, es fehlten Cerealien, der Orangensaft war nicht genießbar.

Some furniture is visibly old and deteriorated and other parts of the bedroom had a visible layer of dust. Room service did not clean our room during a two-night stay. The front desk staff was helpful, providing multiple clean towels and bathroom supplies upon request.

My wife had spine surgery and I have knee cap problem we ask please fist floor too. First they give us second floor Room 249 I did not know where was the 249 I got the Elevator to 2nd floor and I find out the room is the last room and to far for me and my wife to walk such distance . I went back I told them please first floor manager came change it second floor 219 I look at the staff and I felt they do not understand us.

I was looking for a hotel with a pool, bar and restaurant. and booked The Ramada by Wyndham. Do to a lot of negative reviews I almost cancelled. We are so glad we didn't. This is a great hotel and did not have any problems discussed in the negative reviews. If you are planning a trip to Venice Beach give this property a try you will be glad you did..Next time we are in the area will are staying here again.

I was taking a shower and I look up to see a cockroach above me. I called the front desk and was told a maintenance worker would come never did. When I went down to the front desk she said they only have one maintenance worker, however I started that it was over two hours since I called you. I am upset because I have always booked with the confidence of expedias “vip” picks. I cannot recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel before with very good rooms. This time we were on the first floor. Just not a good one. It was dirty floors, a really tiny sink in the bathroom. And I know the cleaning paper work really hard for the little money they get paid. Might stay there again if we're only the highest floor.

The facility was really clean. Room was comfortable, they have a pool and a hot tub in the common area, with a bar right next to it. Pool area closes at 10 pm apparently, which wasn’t marked. We were chilling in the hot tub while the staff kicked us out. It would be nicer if there was a sign telling us what time the pool area was open. Multiple restaurants near the hotel.

The hotel lobby and pool area were really nice . The room was fine. Clear.. The air conditioning was horrible and antiquated. The temperature was not comfortable. Cold hot and hot cold and noisy. They were, like everywhere else, short staffed. We had to settle for a room on the second floor. The elevator wasn’t working. That’s lots of luggage up and down. Like I said the hotel was clean and very pretty. Even tjhe room was ok. It was just the loud air conditioner that made it very unpleasant to sleep.

When we checked in our first room had leaky floors( puddle that formed right in front of the door when you walk in and water that bubbled up through the flooring near that same area). The next morning We asked the front desk to check on the water/puddling while we were out for the day and when we got back later on, we asked the front desk if anything was done, they had no record or recollection to have it checked out. They then tried to contact maintenance but could not get a hold of anyone for 30 mins. Maintenance checked out the floor and said we couldn’t stay in the room so they did move us. Another item was that the pool and hot tub were out of service even though that was not said before we reserved the room and was one of the bigger reasons why we wanted to stay there. The hotel said since we booked through a tied party they couldn’t provide any discounts. Maybe Expedia can help us??? The hotel should have given us a few comp rooms for the inconveniences but just gave us two free drink tickets( that is nothing in my mind) Lastly was the door key cards, we needed to get new key cards each time we left and came back as the cards never worked on the door. The hotel said they knew about this issue and that they need to get new card system but that was still another inconvenience.

I made the reservation several months in advance. Upon arrival to check in at 330pm we were told the room was not available and could not give any time frame when it would be ready. We had to advocate strongly with Manager to get our room. Met two couples that were still waiting for their room at 6pm. No hot water for one day of our 2 day stay. Pool was closed. Will only stay at Marriott’s moving forward.

Room was not ready till after 6:00pm. Had an event to go to when we arrived so had to find a room to get ready in and iron clothes. Pool was closed and did not know that ahead of time. Hotel needs updating- could have a shower as water flow too slow, room floor Sandy, room smelled of old cigarette smoke although billed as none smoking. Had to ask and push to get our vip amenities. Felt somewhat unsafe due to being placed in back corner and a lot of young men out in corridors hanging out.

Well...the cleanliness has suffered ( I've been there before). I get it staffing issues. But for $1600 one should be able to get supplies...towels cups toilet paper get garbage emptied. Those things take minutes. I wasn't asking for a deep clean. Just supplies and I couldn't even get that. Mold smells in shower. Questioning whether to go back. I'm not above doing some keep up but when I'm told I'll get some supplies and don't...that's serious. $1600/wk

There were no shower towels available when we requested more, we were given pool towels. Property needs maintenance, the A/C thermostat didn’t work the second night, it was stuffy in the room. Noisy people at night and early morning. Shower handle was almost falling off. Breakfast was an extra charge, the hotel was too pricey, we won’t stay here again. I was told they were understaffed which seems to be the trend nowadays.
