This single family home is located within 30-45 miles from international airports, Disney World attractions, beaches, and national parks. Fitness center and swimming pool are only a few minutes walk away in the subdivision.

Nice, private home to stay for your winter get away and summer vacations and/or business meetings. Small pets are welcome. There is annual motorcyle festival in April. There are antiques shopping plaza minutes away. Groceries and restaurants nearby. Touristy city of Mount Dora is minutes drive away.

This house has 3 bedrooms and six real beds and can accommodate up to 10 people to sleep comfortably. It has two bathrooms, porch, furnished, fully functional kitchen, washer and dryer.

The house is ready and clean for the next guest(s).

There is no fee for children under 9. When you book, only include adults and kids 9 and over as guests.

There is no strict cancellation policy and no security deposit because like Airbnb we believe and trust our wonderful guests.

If you have pets more than 15 pounds, you must pay a one time refundable fee of $250. It will be refunded if you clean after your dogs, pick up poops in the backyard or no poop is found in backyard and no stain on carpet and animal smell in house.
