Even though we arrived on a national holiday, she still came to the property to show us around and let us know where certain stores and restaurants were, this was very much appreciated. „We enjoyed our 5 days at the hotel. All the personal were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is very central. We were once again in Venice to visit the Biennale, that was a wonderful experience and the location of the hotel for the exhibition is perfect. Breakfast is average, coffee and cakes are excellent but fruit, seeds and nuts for a healthy Müsli isn't offered“

„Very clean, beautifull, FORTUNY room is as it seems in the photos, had good heating, the canal view is not that great but decent for the price, the host let us leave our luggage after checkout, the only down sides is that the city tax must be on cash and that the windows can’t be open all the way to take good photos of the canal. Overall a very nice experience.“
