Comfy bed, great breakfast. Free coffee in the lobby. Amazing food court right next to the hotel was concenient as there is no food other than breakfast in the hotel.

„So, this place is quite OK in terms of facilities - quite a new hotel, well decorated. However, I have never felt more unwelcome to a hotel than at the Hyatt Place in Managua. Had several small issues: no proper check in, long waiting for service, false charges on my credit card (I guess staff is still in training), but never had a friendly encounter throughout my stay of 3 days. When I left, I did not even get a "good bye".

„This small hotel is hosted within a beautiful Nicaraguan-style house, with a gorgeous backyard and ample space to just sit and enjoy the beauty. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. I slept well and felt safe.
The staff were beyond helpful and our breakfast had some of the best scrambled eggs we've eaten in a very long time.
