„großes Zimmer mit schönem Bad, Küchenzeile und Balkon. einziger negativer Punkt war etwas fehlende Sahne/Milch und Zucker zum Kaffee. Ein Gast hatte außerdem Probleme, die Dusche stabil einzustellen. Muss am Gast liegen ;)“

„Be flexible; room for ten but sleeping in three areas next to each other, like a hostel. And all using the one bathroom. Kitchen/bath are well appointed but the house is a former shop/storefront right on the street. Men from the barber next door stand on the sidewalk smoking from morning to night, and street only parking can be far as it fills up. Well recommend this nice room if you need the beds and are taking the metro to downtown (multiple bakeries & Brauhaus adjacent).“

„Important info that is NOT in the listing. This unit is up 4 flights of stairs. That’s 80 steps with your luggage. Luckily we are able-bodied, but if we weren’t, there was no warning. It also is a 1 bedroom, not 2. The owner is counting the living room as a bedroom. There are a lot of plants - about 1/3 are dying with leaves dropped all over. The refrigerator was dirty and had a moldy onion, shriveled tomatoes, and an opened carton of milk in it. Went to make coffee and found it full of used ...
