„-The biggest issue with this apartment is that it is RIGHT NEXT TO train rail and all day and all night long trains pass by with loud noises. The trains pass right by the bedroom windows. It is impossible to sleep. - place seems to have probably been in commercial use and now turned into residential. - there were small roaches in the unit and we informed the contact and he said these are normal in wooded areas! Extra sheets and pillows in the closet had stains and hair on them ( see pictures) - ...

Kitchen/bath are well appointed but the house is a former shop/storefront right on the street. Men from the barber next door stand on the sidewalk smoking from morning to night, and street only parking can be far as it fills up. Well recommend this nice room if you need the beds and are taking the metro to downtown (multiple bakeries & Brauhaus adjacent).“

„Important info that is NOT in the listing. This unit is up 4 flights of stairs. That’s 80 steps with your luggage. Luckily we are able-bodied, but if we weren’t, there was no warning. It also is a 1 bedroom, not 2. The owner is counting the living room as a bedroom. There are a lot of plants - about 1/3 are dying with leaves dropped all over. The refrigerator was dirty and had a moldy onion, shriveled tomatoes, and an opened carton of milk in it. Went to make coffee and found it full of used ...
