„Die Wohnung befindet sich im dritten Stock mit einem sehr steilen Treppenaufgang. Wir haben unsere großen Koffer zunächst nach oben getragen und sie beim Auschecken unten gepackt , weil es nicht möglich war, sie die Treppe wieder hinunterzutragen.Die Wohnung liegt an einer sehr befahrenen Straße, und durch den starken Lärm rund um die Uhr hat man das Gefühl, direkt auf der Straße zu schlafen.Die Fenster sind beschädigt. „Beds were comfy, rooms were tight. Bathroom is tiny, with toilet, sink, and shower within an arms length away. I get it, it’s NYC. Def a place for single travelers or 2 people, and not for a girls trip or 2 couple trip. Area is close to subways, restaurants, etc. In house washer/dryer a plus. But I wouldn’t stay there again.“

„Carl is a wonderful host. We communicated often, and he checked in to make sure everything was well. The space is amazing. It’s on 2 levels: the living room, dining area, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on one level, and 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the 2nd level. The ac is great, and there are many tvs. There’s a washer-dryer, dishwasher, and lots of closets. We were generations staying there and it was perfect for us.“

„Our group enjoyed our stay at this location! The place was very clean, had plenty of towels and glassware for us to use, and the hosts were very responsive when we reached out with any questions. If we ever need to stay in the city again, we would definitely choose to come back here!“

„Host would have 4-10 hours delay in responding. Property address listed is not where the same adress that the "other" host will text you directly, not through Vrbo. There were cockaroaches, the furniture is old and uncomfortable, towels had stains, not a well kept establishment. Pictures on Vrbo are enhanced, the place looks nothing like the pictures. Custodian did have the place clean for our early check-in. I would not recommend this rental.“
