„I felt very lucky to find this affordable room for my work/play trip to NYC. It is located super conveniently to three different train lines and a whole host of bars, bodegas, and restaurants which for a 9-day stay, was a great perk. „Die Wohnung war für 6 Personen ausreichend groß und komfortabel ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Übergabe war völlig unkompliziert. Die Infos zum Parken waren sehr gut. Die Bushaltestelle von und nach NY ist direkt vor der Haustür (Linie 154 - 3,50$ pro Person) Aldi und WalMart sind fußläufig (10/20 Min) erreichbar. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit 😊👍 LG Stephan aus 🇩🇪“

„We booked our stay here two days before checking in. On the day of we had not heard from the host. After multiple attempts to contact them, via app and phone call, it wasn’t until 45 minutes after we were supposed to check in that our reservation was cancelled due to having been double booked on another platform. Very disappointing as it left us scrambling to find somewhere else to stay. The area was nice and walkable, but a disappointing turn of events.“
