Also there was a conference in the hotel and the 4 elevators for 12 floors were constantly blocked. So it took me another 20 minutes just to get to my room. Baltimore is struggling economically, many businesses have moved out, and you can see this everywhere. While I felt safe walking as a couple, you will see a lot of poverty around you.
