The room was nice but pullout couch was very bad not enough padding and felt bars in pullout for quest which was awful and paid extra for suite do let down on that. Staff was great but could not fix bed and wanted that extra tv for guest.“

„When we arrived, we ask the man outside for valet to take our bags up. He said they didn’t do it and brought us a cart to load ourselves which was hard to steer. The breakfast was sparse and not open at 10:45 because they were setting up for lunch.“
