„Staff wasn’t helpful at all. We asked for a loading cart and had to wait for 30 minutes and still didn’t get it. The room had bugs and we had to go to Target across the street for bug spray and the sheets were stain with black crust or something. And they also had a wedding there that made it very unpleasant due to the wedding party was very loud and rude.“

„First time in the city and no regrets!
Amazing on a couple of fronts (customer service, staff friendliness, cleanliness and breakfast).
Loved our stay over there and highly recommend this property.
Parking can be tight if there are vans parked on the upper parking lot (there’s one in the basement too which is a covered parking so helpful during winters) as there wouldn’t be enough space to maneuver due to the size between the parking spaces.
The property is 100% non-smoking property however ...
