NEUE EIGENTÜMER! Dies ist eine der gefragtesten Anmietungen in allen Ocean Pointe Suites. Dieses Gerät hatte über 60 Fünf-Sterne-Bewertungen mit dem Vorbesitzer! Und wir haben es noch besser gemacht !! Modernisiertes tropisches Dekor, neues Sofa, offeneres Layout, neues Zweibettzimmer mit Etagenbett, Stangenlager und mehr !!!

Unsere Wohnung hat alles, was Sie brauchen, um Ihren Urlaub zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis zu machen.

Die Master-Suite verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett, ein eigenes Master-Bad und einen Flachbild-TV. Das Gästezimmer verfügt über ein Etagenbett mit zwei Einzelbetten und ist direkt mit dem Gemeinschaftsbad verbunden. Alle Betten sind mit Bettwäsche aus Baumwolle und leichten Bettdecken ausgestattet. Es gibt auch eine Luftmatratze in voller Größe. Pool- und Strandtücher sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit AKTUALISIERTEN Edelstahlgeräten, Kochutensilien, Besteck, Kochgeschirr, Kaffeemaschine, Keurig, Mixer, Geschirr und vielem mehr - alles, was Sie zum Kochen und Essen brauchen. Das Gerät hat auch eine Waschmaschine und Trockner für die Nutzung während Ihres Aufenthalts.

Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über einen 55-Zoll-HD-Smart-TV, mehrere Spiele, einen DVD- / Blu-ray-Player und einen Netflix-Zugang. Es gibt auch eine Auswahl an Brettspielen und DVDs.

Tennisschläger und Tennisbälle, ein Basketball und ein kleiner Tragekühler sind ebenfalls vorhanden.

Das Hotel liegt auf 60 Hektar in Tavernier, eingebettet zwischen Islamorada und Key Largo! Eine kurze 15-minütige Bootsfahrt zur weltberühmten Sandbank Islamorada!

Das private und abgeschlossene Ocean Pointe-Gelände bietet ein tropisches Paradies. Tropisch inspirierte Gebäude mit blauen Dächern und Fensterläden fügen sich in eine natürliche Umgebung aus grünem Laub, blauem Atlantik und weißem Sand ein. Brandneues Abstellgleis für alle Gebäude und tropische Landschaften!

Kein Resort auf den Florida Keys ist komplett ohne Yachthafen, und Ocean Pointe ist keine Ausnahme. Gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr, die an den Condo-Verband zu entrichten ist, können in der Ocean Pointe Marina Schiffe bis zu einer Länge von 28 Fuß mit Zugang zur Bootsrampe und zum Parkplatz für Bootsanhänger untergebracht werden. Während Sie nicht gerade angeln oder tauchen, können Sie sich am olympischen Junior-Pool entspannen, der 2016 komplett renoviert wurde und mit Liegestühlen, einer begehbaren Erfrischungsbar und einem Whirlpool ausgestattet ist.

Für ein Bad im Atlantik gibt es die Sandstrandbucht, die von einer langen Holzpromenade eingerahmt wird, die zum überdachten Pavillon mit Sitzgelegenheiten führt und perfekt ist, um die unendlichen Ausblicke auf das Meer zu genießen. Schnorchler vom Strand aus sehen oft Leopardenrochen, Hummer, Baby-Barrakudas, Schweinefische und andere Arten von Meereslebewesen.

Overall A-, excellent location with a great price!

We really enjoyed our stay at this unit, it was in a great location with tons of awesome amenities. The place was clean and well sorted, I highly recommend staying here with your family, it is very spacious and comfortable! The only issue we had was a lack of functioning Internet, which we needed to be able to accomplish some things but, I managed to get around using our own hot spot. I definitely would stay here again!

I think I stayed here the wrong time of year

This was my 5th trip to the Keys area and this place is a hard one for me to rate. Property manager Alex was easy to work with and returned messages in a timely manner. The unit 2205 needed some TLC but was clean and what was advertised. The Ocean Point property is clean and maintained in most common areas. The only reason why I do not rate this place higher is not the property manager's fault, it is because it's on the second floor and there are people above you. The floors and walls are paper thin and can hear everything from the occupants above you on the 3rd floor. There was a ridiculous amount of noise that went on every night and even mentioned it to security, but nothing happened. I thought that someone was doing renovations above us but learned that it was just people on vacation like us. The whole property was loud sometimes until 1 and 2am with people yelling. I stay up late and I like to have fun too but screaming and yelling late with so many other guests is just disrespectful. Property needs to have a curfew that after 11pm is quiet time. It is important to know that when I stayed it was spring break and there were a ton of families with several kids here so maybe that is why it was so loud and crazy during my trip. I even drank more than I normally do (well it is vacation) to help me sleep through the noise and was still getting awoke in the middle of the night. Tip: avoid pool and go to their private beach.

Stay in the Keys

Condo was very comfortable, clean, and as described. Elevator was out of service, so that was not ideal to take large suitcases up to the second floor. Balcony barely fits 2 people to sit outside, but we didn't sit out there anyways, so no issue for us! We had a great stay, check in was easy, clean gated community, plenty of parking, and easy to find. Overall loved our stay and would stay again.

The overall resort property was nice with nice amenities- the pool, hot tub, beach, dock were all great. The unit we stayed in had some areas for improvement. The master bedroom shower was broken (stuck on when we tried to use it) and we had to contact the owner to have a plumber come. The plumber was able to get the shower shut off but we weren't able to use it the rest of our stay. Also, the bunkbed in the 2nd bedroom is very wiggly and we didn't feel safe having one of our kids sleep on the top bunk therefore we had to have one of our kids sleep on the couch. There was noticeable scuffs and other things in disrepair on the walls and trim and grime, dirt, and sand in corners of the unit.

Comfortable Condo

We were pleased overall with this condo itself. It had everything we needed and had everything as posted on the website. The kitchen, bathrooms, master bedroom and living room space were beautiful! The bunk beds in the second bedroom would be ok for kids but weren’t the best for two adults and the ladder needs repair. We were disappointed that the bar and restaurant on the property was closed due to a change in owners and would have appreciated knowing that in advance. That was one of the reasons we chose this property. The pool was great and we enjoyed spending time there! We appreciated the restaurant recommendations!

No worry spot in the Keys

Great complex with nice pool, great beach area and plenty of parking! The unit has cute decor with lots of Florida history. Very nice kitchen, excellent lighting throughout and super comfy beds and pillows. There is even a small balcony that looks out over vegetation. By the beach area we saw an osprey nest where we watched an adult taking care of a baby! Everything you need to enjoy your stay in the upper Keys.

The host was extremely unresponsive. There were many amenities that were broken or damaged when we arrived. When we arrived my five year old used the spare bathroom and it wouldn’t flush. The toilet was broken. When we tried to give the kids a bath in the only bath tub, the water was cold. So we all had to use the one bathroom. The unit is on the second floor which is fine except for the fact that the sliding door didn’t lock which isn’t great when you have young children. Then in the room with the bunk beds the ladder was broken. We tried contacting the host multiple times and got no response for hours. I tried calling and left a vm. Then over an hour later he responded saying he didn’t know why the ladder was broke and he would try and send a plumber out but he doubted they could get out there. When I messaged back about the other things he never responded back. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Beautiful Condo, Amazing Pool, Delicious Drinks!

Alex’s property was nothing short of perfect! We had two adult couples and we enjoyed our stay! The condo was plenty big for us with two full bathrooms as well, well equipped with great towels! The beds were very comfortable with nice linens, the spacious updated kitchen with all dishes we needed was great, we enjoyed the cozy little balcony, the beautiful pool and hot tub had a great pool bar 11am-7pm with many choices and frozen drinks too! We also enjoyed the beach and cafe there as well! The property was close to area restaurants and more. It was a great location, we loved our stay, and look forward to next time!

Super cute place and VERY clean!! Conveniently located. The only thing was we didn’t see is that you can only have 2 cars, which we had 3 since we had 6 people. We had to find over night parking elsewhere which was kind of a pain. But other than that we were very happy with the stay.

We had a great time visiting Tavernier! Ocean pointe suites is a beautiful location with a great pool and beach area. Very family friendly. Alex was very responsive and left a very detailed book with some great places to eat and things to do in the area! We did have a few minor stains on the sheets in our master bedroom, which were communicated to Alex and that is why I am rating the property a 4/5. Wonderful property!

We loved our stay at Ocean Pointe! The resort was great and we loved hanging out at the pool and being able to get drinks from the pool bar and yet it was very family friendly. We loved Tavernier and the convenience of the area around it and access to both Key Largo and Islamorada. We found so much to do around the Upper Keys and can’t wait to go back!! Our only issue on the trip was that the dryer in the unit didn’t work, which was inconvenient since I had planned on being able to do laundry when I packed for our family’s trip. I let the owner know and they responded quickly and apologized but did not follow up or provide any resolution. I would understand if it wasn’t possible to fix it, but would have appreciated a follow up.

We all enjoyed our stay. It was a little more oriented toward boaters but we spent a lot of time in the pool and at the beach. John Pennycamp State park was close and we drove down to the wildlife center in Marathon. The condo had all we needed. Great restaurants nearby, Mrs macs and keys bite
