„This home is beautiful and very accessible to the town of Christchurch and surrounding attractions. My children loved the pool and the kitchen was very user friendly and spacious. The only complaint was that there were not many hangers in each room and limited towels. The showers leaked on the floor and we needed to use the towels to dry the floors and ensure they would be safe given that they were concrete and slippery when wet. „overall a great place. superb views and comfortable sleeping for all the family. quiet and private setting. some minor things could be improved, (soap dish bathroom) (tongs for cooking) (general instruction book about the house) (some doors broken etc) but to be honest these were minor to the fantastic time we enjoyed here. would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat. many thanks- we had a great time.“

„The house was perfect for our family of 5. Very well maintained and plenty of room kids and adults alike. All the amenities are in good condition and there’s everything you need for a lovely stay. The location was perfect. A stunning view over the valley, lots of sun and just a short walk into Akaroa. I had a couple of queries of my own making and Dave was super helpful and really responsive…an excellent host.“

Man kann das Nötigste allerdings auch in Akaroa einkaufen, daß etwa 20 Autominuten vom Ferienhaus entfernt liegt. Das Haus selbst ist ein von den Vermietern selbst genutztes und sehr liebevoll gepflegtes kleines Heim, mit einer Terasse die eine Postkartenaussicht bietet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man im Alltag braucht. Von Küchenutensilien bis zu einer großen Auswahl an Musik, Büchern ...
