„The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion.“

„We had a wish list for a nice place for a girls’ weekend: comfortable, airy space for hanging out; three “adult” bedrooms (not twin/bunk beds); easy to get to; quiet, safe neighborhood; and a clean, well-maintained kitchen and bath. This place had all that, plus…accommodating check-in/out; amazing views and property; fun extras like the s’mores basket; and great hosts. I can see why it has a 10/10 rating. “
