„This is a beautiful, 2 bedroom condo that was hard to leave. The home is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you need for a very comfortable stay. Tina and Jim are excellent hosts and had a wonderful basket full of goodies on the counter along with a personalized welcome greeting and card waiting for us. The deck overlooks a large pond and tidal creek and there is big lawn with a fire pit for cooler evenings. We would definitely stay there again. Larry & Sherri“

„The cottage was cute and had what we needed. The listing could indicate that it has a pod only coffee maker as we were not prepared with pods. Could have been cleaner as well. Carpet not vacuumed, several dishes not clean etc“

„A lot to like about this cottage - very close to beach, on a quiet dead end laneway, all new kitchen, very clean, good outdoor space with comfortable seating, grill, umbrellas, patio lights, good communication with owner. The only downside is that it's really small inside with a steep low ceilinged staircase. We were all over 65 and feared falling on it, even the shortest hit their head on one part of the ceiling! „The moment you walk in you feel like you are home. The view was perfect in living area and up stairs bedroom. Even in the kitchen you felt like you could be apart of the conversation happening in the living area. It is a house my friends and I decide that it would be a house we would love to come back to in the future.“

„We traveled from Michigan to New Hampshire to visit my friends daughter who recently moved there. This house was perfect for our home base. The home is beautiful, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. Perfection! We traveled to Maine for a day at the ocean and were happy to return to such an enjoyable home. A few dinners and Sorry games later and it was back to Michigan. This home is as advertised....maybe even a little better!“

„A wonderful property - quiet and serene with a large fenced backyard. House is well maintained and near kittery and portsmouth. Only problem is the front door lock. It needs immediate replacing. My wife was inside and noticed that the locking mechanism would not turn even though the proper code was entered. The hidey key worked but was still difficult to use.“

„Lovely house made us feel right at home even with 2 kids and two dogs! Slight issue getting in on the first night but owners were available and able to help us right away. We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday but this would be great place to stay in the summer too! Several places to eat at the end of the street.“

„This was our second summer weekend at this property. It is a beautiful home in pristine condition. Bed linens we cozy and comfortable (nice pillows too!). The house has several nice common areas in which to hang out. It gets great light, and the high ceilings make it feel larger than it is. Easy drive to North Conway for a cute town with fun shops and restaurants. We have already booked another weekend next summer!“

„the location is excellent proximity to downtown Portsmouth. It was so nice to be able to walk to and from dinner. Very quiet neighborhood. Charming old house with many older home quirks. The 3rd floor bedroom and bathroom are separated from the house but up many stairs so not too good for older adults and honestly more suitable for children or teens. It was quite stuffy however there is a nice breeze from the windows however.“

„Wonderful cottage in a quiet neighborhood on a nice little lake. It is a great setting and was perfect for us to decompress after spending holiday festivities with family. Greg was great to work with and provided all the communication needed to be prepared for the cottage. We are looking to book again due to the proximity to the coast, shopping and restaurants!“
