„This is a beautiful, 2 bedroom condo that was hard to leave. The home is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you need for a very comfortable stay. Tina and Jim are excellent hosts and had a wonderful basket full of goodies on the counter along with a personalized welcome greeting and card waiting for us. The deck overlooks a large pond and tidal creek and there is big lawn with a fire pit for cooler evenings. We would definitely stay there again. Larry & Sherri“

„The cottage was cute and had what we needed. The listing could indicate that it has a pod only coffee maker as we were not prepared with pods. Could have been cleaner as well. Carpet not vacuumed, several dishes not clean etc“

„A lot to like about this cottage - very close to beach, on a quiet dead end laneway, all new kitchen, very clean, good outdoor space with comfortable seating, grill, umbrellas, patio lights, good communication with owner. The only downside is that it's really small inside with a steep low ceilinged staircase. We were all over 65 and feared falling on it, even the shortest hit their head on one part of the ceiling! „A wonderful property - quiet and serene with a large fenced backyard. House is well maintained and near kittery and portsmouth. Only problem is the front door lock. It needs immediate replacing. My wife was inside and noticed that the locking mechanism would not turn even though the proper code was entered. The hidey key worked but was still difficult to use.“

There is a great selection of old books and photos. Ed provided great recommendations in the area to visit as well. If you're coming to Plum Island, you don't want to miss this spot!“

„Lovely house made us feel right at home even with 2 kids and two dogs! Slight issue getting in on the first night but owners were available and able to help us right away. „the location is excellent proximity to downtown Portsmouth. It was so nice to be able to walk to and from dinner. Very quiet neighborhood. Charming old house with many older home quirks. The 3rd floor bedroom and bathroom are separated from the house but up many stairs so not too good for older adults and honestly more suitable for children or teens. It was quite stuffy however there is a nice breeze from the windows however.“

„The house was oversized for just the 4 of us but we had great weather and the water was within walking distance. I didn’t like that the tvs required using our own streaming codes and couldn’t figure out how to do it but we weren’t there the watch tv so it was a minor issue. Alll in all 4 thumbs up 👍.“
