„Staff were friendly and attentive and the check in/out was really easy. Parking was safe/gated. Breakfast was either a muffin or packaged oatmeal, but the hotel was walking distance to really good food of all kinds. We walked to and from Universal studios and Xavier even gave us a printed map to walk there from the hotel. There IS a free shuttle for part of the way (the steep part). We would stay here again.“

Für einen "Early Checkin" (um 10 Uhr morgens) wurde 75 Dollar verlangt. „Everything was perfect, there was a congress/conference so the hotel was really full and our neighbors were super loud. We called the reception and they offered immediately to call security. That was a bit too much so they just called and the room and then they were more quiet.“
