„Honestly nowhere close to the listing. Not sure why it’s listed as luxury when there was nothing luxury about it. The washer and dryer were out of order. The microwave was not clean. Stains all over the walls. Mold on some of the air-vents for a/c that my friend got sick from. Shower was grimy and not clean at all. Plenty of furniture broken upon arrival. No forks to use. Found 2 cockroaches. And to make matters worse, when brought up to the host they suggested us to move rooms and TOLD me that ...

„I stayed here for 8 days and I absolutely loved it. The location, amenities, everything was incredible. The only complaint I have is that I wish the bed was a little bit comfier but I have scoliosis so do with feedback what you will. I would absolutely positively stay here again.“

„No communication at all“

„The room was disgusting. Old soiled carpet. Spilled crusty food on the sofa bed. A leaking faucet that had a permanent wet spot in the carpet near the kitchen. 2 toilets constantly running. No sheets left for sofa bed. On top of all this, I got charged $310 for a cleaning fee for this dump“

On our first night, the pool was already closed when we arrived, yet the nightly charge still applied. We also found a cockroach ...

„The apartment was PERFECT! Amazing view on Miami from the balcony – you wake up to a beautiful view on the ocean and get to watch the sunrise. The apartment is huge, clean, nice kitchen and bathroom. Bed is really comfortable. Neighborhood is very safe, location couldn't be more in the city center. The pool and the gym are excellent. I couldn't imagine staying in any other place in Miami. “

„We came to Miami for a couple baseball games. It was easy to walk to the ball park. The parking spot was small and we had a truck which was difficult to get into the parking spot. But the apartment was perfect! Beds were very comfortable. We would recommend this place for sure!“

„We appreciated the free upgrade to a larger unit (3BR vs. 2BR). Main issue was the lack of bedding and pillows - really needed about 7 more pillows/cases and some more blankets.“
