If you’re looking for the 5 star experience without paying for it, that’s unrealistic here for right now. The staff were friendly and flexible. There were bugs and the fridge was dirty. There was a fist sized hole in the bathroom door like someone tried breaking it down . There were white stains on the chairs and the couch I wish I could get my money back bc that was terrible “

Our host, James and staff were so helpful providing necessary rental information as well as places to see and things to do in Richmond. Would definitely stay there again.“
