"The staff was nice and professional. The rooms are sufficiently equipped. The location was good for people who get around by car only but not so good for people who like to explore the neighborhood/ city on foot. Only slightly negative point was that renovation work started more than an hour before checkout time and the work included painting the walkways. Hence, we needed to walk over freshly painted ways multiple times to load our belongings into our car. But the rest was ok."

"The room at Southpark Hotel was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. The gym was also impressive—modern equipment and well-kept. Unfortunately, the location really brings the experience down. The hotel is right by a major intersection, so it's incredibly noisy day and night—even earplugs didn’t help much. The outdoor pool area looks nice, but the constant traffic noise makes it unpleasant to relax outside. Worst of all, the front desk initially gave me a room that was already occupied, which led to an awkward and uncomfortable encounter. Overall, not a relaxing stay despite some nice features."

"Das schlechteste SpringHill Suites in dem ich jemals war! Sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Überall wird ein penetranter Duft versprüht, und trotzdem riecht man immer noch dass alles muffig und feucht riecht. Die Gardinen waren gelb angelaufen, Flecken auf dem Teppich und das Bad nicht sauber geputzt. Wir konnten hier nicht bleiben und haben nachdem wir zwei Zimmer gesehen haben, wieder ausgecheckt. Leider kein Geld zurückbekommen! Sehr schlecht."
