Apartment in South Austin finden und günstig mieten

„Clean room, had everything we needed for our stay, property was affordable and in a good location“

„Nice sized rooms, easy access to local businesses, ample parking.“

„For those of us who are used to hotels and in-person B&Bs, Boulevard Stays does a very poor job of explaining how the guest is supposed to deal with them and their property. The property itself is rather shabby and the studio was not well furnished. However the location in Austin's South Congress district, near Lady Bird Lake, was great.“

„Overall, a cozy stay!“

„Unit was spotless. Communication with host was superb. They were very responsive to our questions.“

„The location was very good. The king size bed was very comfortable, and it is quiet at night. I was disappointed that several key amenities were missing- pool towels weren't provided, no spatulas in the kitchen for eggs, no mirror other than in the bathroom which has no fan. It is older building. Several streaming sites were in Spanish and I was unable to switch to English. The host and service fees are a bit high, so I would compare. All in all, we had a nice stay. I would stay here again. “

„Cute place! We enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to Barton Springs Pool. Thank you!“

„Not a well kept complex. Good location“

„Great property, good location, had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Great communication from the host. We enjoyed our stay, Thank you!“

„The house was overall clean. Unfortunately we could not stay there because there is a terrible stench in the house. We had to go find a hotel due to the smell. It’s smelt like rancid trash.“

„Very nice property (new, clean, comfortable, good bed/bedding), great location in Austin, very good communication with host. Would stay here again!“

„Super close to Barton Springs Pool, and so many places nearby that we can bike to. The apartment was clean and nicely appointed. Full size washer and dryer with laundry soap and dryer sheets was a nice surprise. Would book this place again on our next family trip to Austin.“
