„This was just the right home for our group of eight this Christmas. The open layout was great for snacking, puzzles and conversation and the large dining room table overlooking the pool and back yard was perfect for meals. Beds were comfortable and location was convenient to restaurants and a nice church for Christmas Eve service. Loved the outdoor fireplace and would love to return in the summer to enjoy the pool and backyard area. Would definitely recommend for family gatherings.“

„The experience we had for 3 days at this Vrbo was awesome! It is a little off the beaten path in terms of downtown Austin, but the area offers a lot within a short distance. Food and drinks, grocery, catering, etc were all very very manageable. The separation of buildings and sleeping arrangements allows everyone to have space and time as needed! „We stayed here for a few days in August. It was nice and quiet for our stay. Unfortunately, due to the level 4 drought, there was no water views (it was dry). We took advantage of the pool to cool off, which was nice, but not the cleanest pool with cloudy water. We used the guest parking lot because the space in front of the unit was difficult to access with a full-sized SUV due to the tight turns, steep declines, and the neighboring guests parking in a way that blocked us. „Directions on the whole parking and check in process need to be a little shorter. There was no tv in the master bedroom, despite the fact that there are pics of a tv online. One of the mirrors in the other bedroom was dirty so I cleaned it. There was also some blue crusty stuff on the side table in the master.
