„If you want to be close to everything and really get a feel for the city of Austin this is the place to stay! Walking distance to some great local restaurants and shops, and a very short drive to everything else. Clean and well appointed condo with private covered parking on a shady quite street, quintessential South Austin as I remember it from my time as a resident 25 years ago. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again! “

„We stayed at this beautiful property during my son‘s military welcome home. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. It is in a great location close to Lady Bird Lake. There were a bunch of games that we enjoyed playing during our stay. The yard had a huge tree that shaded the property perfectly. It was wonderful for my son‘s ESA.“

„Studio was super clean security and covered Excellent great, about 4 MI from downtown. VRBO pictures showed table and a sofa which the studio does not have. All in all property is excellent!“
