„I felt so unsafe i left after 5minutes ... drug addicts everywhere, needles all over the street after seeing my neighbors i immediately got back to the counter and checked out ... employee was nice and understood my concerns. Take this location of your list, I don't want to imagine what would happen if a family booked there.“

We wanted to check in at 2 pm, room wasn’t ready, they told us that they would give priority to clean room. Eventually ready at 3:30 pm. Then we got the keys and we entered a room where Someone just installed himself. Very embarrassing. Back at the reception they gave us another room and they gave us a 100 usd credit. Nice. We ...

„We really enjoyed Hotel San Jose. The property is very retro with a cool vibe. It feels very secluded but is right in the middle of South Congress. There are tons of restaurants and shops with walking distance. There was plenty of on site parking without the valet hassle. We had a pool day and there was a bar service there. The let us bring our dog and even had a bed and food and water bowls waiting in the room for her! Would love to stay again!“

Das Appartement ist toll und gemütlich, allerdings nicht nicht gut geeinigt und es fehlt an einer Grundausstattung in der Küche (u.a. keine Töpfe, unvollständiges Besteck). Beide Toiletten funktionieren unzuverlässig. Die Klimaanlage ist laut und kühlt zu schwach in den Schlafzimmern. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war schnell und freundlich, aber nutzlos da nix passierte. Trotzdem würde ich diese Appartement aufgrund seiner Lage wieder in Betracht nehmen."
