There was no dock in the water as advertised, the paddle boat was filled with water and dirty, the outdoor furniture was not cleaned and had dead bugs all over it. I communicated the week prior to arrival asking about life jackets to use the boats and was told they should be there but it would be confirmed. I kept following up but no confirmation. „Beautiful home with a stunning view! We loved the location, convenient to Portsmouth but peaceful and quiet. We watched a fox and a groundhog cross the driveway! The restaurant across the street was delicious and so nice to be able to walk - Michelle is the most amazing server and person - be sure to ask for her if you go! „We rented Chris' property for my cousins wedding weekend and it was truly amazing. It is 10-15 minutes from all essentials we needed for the weekend. 8 minutes from the venue as well. It was so clean and very spacious. The outdoor amenities were incredible. The beds were super comfortable. the kitchen had all of the essentials. enough towels to last a lifetime. We are dog people though. The dogs were part of the wedding and having a such a nice place for the humans to stay as well as the dogs ...

„We stayed at this property for a second year in a row and it was great once again!! The walk to the beach is so convenient and the house was very clean. We had some pretty intense thunder storms during our stay which led to power outages in the area. The host, Mike, was extremely prompt in his responses and made a point to check in on us which was very kind. We’ll definitely be back!“
