Welcome to your perfect getaway in Siesta Bayside on the Bay, a beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome offering stunning bay views and a short walk to Siesta Key Beach via private access. This updated, two-story residence features modern decor and resort-style amenities, making it ideal for a luxurious beach vacation.

KEY FEATURES:
Location & Access: Enjoy a 10-12 minute walk to Siesta Key Beach via private access. Siesta Key Village is just 1.7 miles away, providing a variety of dining and shopping options. A free shuttle stop is nearby for added convenience.
Amenities: The community boasts two heated pools, tennis and pickleball courts, a fitness center, and a fishing dock. Beautifully maintained grounds include walking paths.
Interior Highlights: The townhome includes a large, stainless steel kitchen with solid stone countertops, a breakfast bar, and a dining table for 6. The living room features a new 65" Smart TV, comfortable seating, and bay views. There’s also a private balcony perfect for enjoying the fresh bay breezes.
Sleeping Arrangements: The master bedroom suite upstairs features a king bed, a walk-in closet, a Smart TV, and a renovated en-suite bathroom with a rain shower. Downstairs, there are two guest bedrooms: one with a king bed and Smart TV, and another with two twin beds. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets. The downstairs bathroom is also updated with a stone vanity and tub/shower combo.
Additional Features: Includes a side-by-side washer/dryer, beach accessories (chairs, umbrella, cart, and towels), and driveway parking. The garage is available for storage but may not fit all cars.

Restrictions: This is a no-pet, non-smoking/vaping property. Confirm special vehicle accommodations before booking: Many complexes do not allow boats, motorcycles, trailers, jet skis, kayaks, or golf carts. Some do not allow monster trucks. Ask prior to booking to confirm if your special vehicle will be allowed including commercial vehicles, over-sized vehicles, or vehicles with signage.
This property does not allow Emotional Support Animals in addition to their no pet policy.
Exterior building pressure washing and painting are in progress. The project is expected to start in June. Completion date is scheduled for end of August, weather permitting. Please reach out to us for more information as the project will be done in sections.

POOL CLOSURE:
The pool by the bay will be closed mid July as they start their paving project. The other pool by the office will still be open for guests.

The location and property was lovely. However, when we arrived we were greeted with a note on the door informing us of painting of the property. An inconvenience due to the fact of us having to shuffle vehicles to park in visitor areas and all the painting equipment stored on the driveway for this endeavor. This was not the fault of the workers, but whenever we needed to leave and load up everyone, including 2 nine month old twins it was a bit challenging for all of us. This leads me to the cleanliness of the property, I probably would not have found this to be a large ding on the number for review for cleanliness but we had 2 babies who were siting, crawling and rolling over so I had a firsthand view of dirt on the floor and under the couches. I laid a blanket down to compensate and to keep them safe. I understand its a quick turnaround but cleanliness is important for the next guest when they come in. We also found a pak and play which would of been good for one baby but it was disgusting and filthy. One of the highchairs was missing a tray. Fortunately, my father in law lives in the area and i had sent 2 pak and plays to his house. Also my daughter had brought 2 portable chairs for the twins and we used thoose as high chairs. I only noted thoose 2 items as they need to be replaced or thrown away. Overall the property worked out for the needs of my family and location and the bay made up for the imperfections.

Incredible views!

We absolutely loved our time here.This condo was clean & had lots of additional items that would make your load traveling down lighter.There were beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, a beach cart (which was worth its weight in gold), fishing poles, bikes, lots of pool noodles, a cooler, etc. so many wonderful things that you do not have to travel with of your own.The kitchen was well stocked with most anything that you could imagine. My favorite part was the sitting area with the incredible bay/dock views! I sat there and enjoyed my coffee every morning.The glass area opens up to where you can enjoy the outdoors. The main bedroom & en suite are upstairs. Both were a wonderful size & were beautiful. The mattress slept amazing. Our 20 year-old daughter and one of her friends joined us. They each had their own room on the main floor, which was nice. The living room and dining area were decorated beautifully. The walk to the beach was a little longer since our unit was in the back end of the community. We opted to drive the short 3 minute drive each day down to the free public parking area. During the evenings when it was cooler, we would make the walk to go out and enjoy the incredible sunsets. The walk is very doable, but for us during the heat of the day we opted to drive instead. We would most definitely stay here again! The property management company was always timely in their responses and very helpful. We had a lovely trip!

The condo was a great size and had a great layout. We experienced an issue with the AC going out. The rental company addressed as quickly as possible. Also came across some insects which rental company will be addressing. The walk to the beach was a bit farther than indicated especially when transporting beach gear. The pool was nice and convenient to this condo. Rental company did give a small reimbursement due to inconveniences.

It was great!

We love Gulfside, and this unit did not disappoint. The accommodations were excellent and the views were amazing. The property management company was great, probably the best we have ever dealt with. Very responsive. A couple of minor issues were resolved quickly. Looking forward to a return trip.
