Chromecast issues every time I stay here. This last time on the last day quit working completely, front desk could hell, told to call the chromecast number in the tv screen. The rep remote entered my phone, which I shared I did not feel comfortable with - said it was safe as they were a certified hotel partner. Rep made changes in my phone settings o get the chromecast work. Promised it wouldn’t screw up my phone when I departed. Asked for instructions to be emailed to me how to switch everything back, never received. It’s been 3 days now and my phone still won’t work connected to my home WiFi due to the changes their rep made. Called hotel today to get help, spoke to 3 people, none were f which had any clue what I was talking about or how to help. No GM or IT support on site to help. No return phone call from hotel, even though told someone would be calling me immediately to fix.
