HISTORY
Queen Street was a central part of Sheffield's commercial district for 200 years, until the 1990s. Many of the historic buildings on the street are now converted into flats.
The building in which the apartment is located was probably built in 1884 and has retained his character.
HOUSE RULES
Check-in time is after 4 pm, and check-out is before 11 am.
Please note that we charge for early or late arrival, as it puts pressure on our cleaning schedule.
Infants and children are allowed, but please bring your own equipment.
Please be respectful of our property and our neighbours, and follow the rules:
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- No parties allowed
- No smoking
- No business can be conducted on the premises
- No noise (e.g. door slamming) during quiet hours.
For security reasons, only booked-in guests are allowed in the house, no other people. A camera is installed outside the property.
We would appreciate it if you could please leave the outdoor shoes near the door and use slippers or socks in the house.
Please note that additional fees apply for lost keys and if we need to come out for an emergency caused by you.

QUITE HOURS
No noise during quiet hours.
In the UK, the Noise Act 1996 defines night hours as 11 PM–7 AM.
Should we receive a noise complaint from the neighbours, you will get a 1-star review!!! And will be fined £100.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS
No additional guests are allowed. The house capacity is 6 people sharing 3 double beds (one is a sofa bed). Information needs to be provided for every guest staying in the house. If additional guests are found on the premises, you will be asked to pay £100 for each additional guest.
DRUNK BEHAVIOUR AND ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES
- We do not mind if you drink, but we cannot have you drunk on the premises or in the building.
- Illegal or business activity can NOT take place on the premises. you will be reported to the police.
BREAKAGE
Guests are welcome to use the items in the house, taking care they are left in good working condition, possibly in the same places where they were found.
· Report and replace any items you break.
· Leave the place as much as possible how you found it when you arrived
BEING LOCKED OUT
Please DO NOT leave the apartment without keys! If we have to come out to rescue you, you will be asked to pay £75 before you can re-enter the premises.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT RULES
The check-in is after 16:00 and before 22:00, check-out is before 11:00 am.
Please note that we charge for early or late arrival, as it puts pressure on our cleaning schedule.
We will confirm if such an earlier arrival is possible and in such case we will give instructions on how to pay the extra charge.
These charges are extra and need to be settled before check-in:
- Arrival between 3pm-4pm £25
- Arrival between 14:00-14:59 £50
- Arrival between 11:00-13:59 (if possible ) £75
- Arrival after 21:30 £75 (key collection shop is closed and we might be sleeping and not see your messages)
Check-out up to Midday - £ 50
Check-out after midday - FULL room fee, and you will be responsible for reimbursing us for any costs connected with the disruption of other travellers checking- in late because of your late check-out.
KEEPING THE APARTMENT CLEAN
Please leave the apartment as you found it; you don't need to scrub the floors, tubs, etc. (that's OUR job), but please, we would appreciate it if you could remove your trash, do your dishes, and make a pile of your dirty linens and towels on the floor.
IF WE NEED TO COME OUT . .
We, of course, assist you with any emergency. However, if the emergency has been caused by you, or our physical presence is requested for any reason (e.g. locked out, forgot something at the apartment after check-out, did not collect keys in time), you will be asked to pay £75 to reimburse our travelling costs before we can help.
