„I like the vibe huttopia is going for and it’s an absolute family friendly gem, however our hit carpet was extremely dirty, the door didn’t close off completely which let inall the bugs overnight , our tent also had an area the zipper was completely broken which gave more room for allCreatures to comeIn. „Nice house but had an old house smell . The bathtub is dangerous. First shower I felt the danger. It was super slippery . Next shower I busted my ass and hit my head on edge of tub . Next shower being totally aware of the tub I slipped again and two toes jammed into the drain . Kicked my ass . At the fire pit you could hardly carry a conversation do to the traffic that never stops from 5 am to nearly midnight. I would stay again if I couldn’t find anything else“

„Beautiful family and dog friendly spot located across from a stunning lake. Not only was this entire property clean, well maintained it was family friendly and dog friendly. There is a free arcade, that the whole family enjoyed and free coffee 24 hours. There were also two fire pits, corn hole, and a small mini golf setup. All this walking distance from Alton Bay restaurants, ice cream and lake access. We had a wonderful time and the owners were very responsive regarding any questions.“

„My niece and I were super excited before we even got there, and upon arrival were saying things like “Is this even real?!” As to say, I can believe we are staying here!! "The Motel was nice and practical to enjoy the various sights and activities in the area. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The handmade cupcakes in the morning were a great start for the day. The cottages were a bit older. The entrance door to the cottage didn’t really fit to the frame you could see light and feel the air coming through the slits. Also the door was missing a deadlock or a securing mechanism. Although it was a safe area, being able to secure the door at night makes me sleep easier. "
