„We would highly recommend this home!! Communication in advance of our stay was great and the house itself was exactly what we were looking for - cozy, clean and spacious. I'm usually a little iffy on using the kitchen space in rentals but this kitchen was absolutely spotless and had all the conveniences we needed.The location is just a few minutes walk from the beach, mini golf and the pier and the house has a big fenced backyard that was perfect for our dog. The weather didn't cooperate with us ...

„House was clean. The trash in the yard was over turned and spilling everywhere when we got there and there was a ton of it but it was picked up within 2 hours of us being there. Comfy house, cute. We couldn’t use the back deck there are holes in the deck covered by carpets. Great location overall we had a great family vacation with two families.“

„Great property! Lots of space and really anything you could think to need in your own home! When we arrived Sunday unfortunately the living room TV was broken and it was cold and rainy. They brought in a new one on Wednesday. The central AC downstairs worked great but it was quite warm upstairs. The people we worked with were available for any questions at any time! As we had children we didn’t make take a walk to the beach but it was certainly a close drive! Would reccomend“

„Great place.... Very clean and everything you will need to stay. It was three levels and it had supplies needed for the beach (Beach wagon, chairs, towel, sand toys...). We stayed off season so most of the houses were vacant. We would definately come back again. I did send two messages to the owner, but did not get a response. “

„Beautiful location even in the offseason, gorgeous house with plenty of room for guests. Very close to Portland for a nice dinner and some drinks. We also went and played some golf at summit in OOB and had a blast. Outdoor grill was perfect and overall we had a great time! Excellent host excellent location and perfect for what we needed. Would recommend highly.“

„The picture on VRBO leads you to believe you just go down the pathway shown to get to the beach when you are actually in a neighborhood and have to walk down the street to get to the beach. The house was very clean and both beds were very comfortable. The host was very fast to respond to my messages. Needs clean shower liner. We enjoyed our stay. “

„We had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the beach and ocean views. It is a great location to be steps from beach access and a reasonable walk to the Old Orchard Pier, shops and restaurants. The beds were comfortable. The house has been nicely updated and it has great furniture and appliances. There are ample supplies available. Plenty of beach chairs, towels etc. The owners are responsive and accessible. “

„The property is well managed! Our group of 5 adults and 4 young kids felt very at home. James is a get host and very communicative. The property has all the amenities you could need, is centrally located close to the beach, highway, and supermarket is close by also. The bedrooms are comfortable, and the upstairs rooms has multiple beds. The bathrooms are kept well and clean. We enjoyed our stay from bbq, bonfire with smores, to watching movies, we all felt very relaxed here. “
