„We had a nice time here! The beds were nice, it was great to have 2 bathrooms, the view was gorgeous, and the pools were amazing. We had plenty of space for cooking, eating, and hanging out. “

„Kerri is fantastic with communication. The condo has a great location, pool, and lots of room. It is very spacious for 4 adults and small children. There is a beautiful view from the deck. The trolley is also close by. This was our 3 time and we booked again for 2026.“

„This place was one of the cleanest places we have stayed at. We loved the facilities too. Couple cons for our family was that there was only one parking spot available…we had to switch out cars for a couple do days and only one bedroom for all four of us. Our kids didn’t end up bringing their friends. It would be tight for 6 people. I would recommend staying here though. We are looking into another property at the Holiday House for next year’s trip…but if that falls through we will try to rebook ...

„We loved the location. Very close to the beach and some small shops within walking distance. Not a fancy room, but it had all we needed. Not sure if the AC was in the best condition, but didn't affect our stay. Great area and location within close proximity to Ogunquit and Kennebunkport.“

„We stayed 3 nights. We were able to check in a little early which was nice. The room is small but they had dressers to put your clothes and we stayed organized so space was not an issue. The location to the beach was our favorite. The kids also spent a ton of time in the pool. The resort is nothing fancy but it was clean and exactly what is advertised. We would definitely come back.“

„Les pentures des fenêtres ne fonctionnaient pas; les ustensiles (cuillères, fourchettes et couteaux) sont fragiles et/ou peu solides; le matelas est bruyant et difforme au centre; il n’y a pas de chauffage dans la maison sauf pour la salle de bain. „When they say "steps from the Beach" they mean it! It took us about 2 minutes -if that- to walk to the beach. The icing on the cake was that the weather was perfect when we were there. The room was small, but clean, surprisingly quiet, and comfortable. it also comes with a parking spot, which is a huge commodity at Wells Beach. Our room was literally 50 feet from the beach parking lot. There's also a great little coffee shop about 100 feet away from the hotel. “

„Great location, quick drive to the beach and to Ogunquit downtown area. Communication with Vacasa was super efficient. The condo was great for our family of 6. Pool and clubhouse were a great plus too. Would definitely stay again. “
