For active travelers who appreciate upscale decor, serenity, stunning views and 5-star-hotel-cleanliness, this Casita has rave reviews for a reason. OK, as an enthusiastic super host my guests LOVE that they do not have to do any research before they come here. The info I leave you (and optionally discuss with you when you are here - your choice) is extensive and organized with a locals perspective of someone who hikes and/or bikes EVERY day...making delightful discoveries that I share with my guests -- so you can craft an amazing vacation with little effort. Even returning visitors (many folks come here year after year) glean fresh tidbits from the unique way I organize Sedona into 4 areas in my personal notes, recommending local favorite hikes as well as the BEST of the tourist hikes (some hikes are the most popular for a reason... haha!.... but they should be visited at quiet times if you really want to feel the energy of the land)
If you are comparing this to other properties in the area, be sure to ask the OTHER owners if the photos they show are from their PROPERTY... or just generic tourist photos of Sedona that are not RELATED at all to their property. ASK!
At OUR property, you have 3 patios with views from each... and inside. Imagine laying on your lounge chair on your private bedroom patio, bordered by lush landscaping, a vast open field, and walls of famous red rocks like the Sail and the Sphinx and Schnebly hill range. Imagine sipping your morning coffee outside your living-room patio watching the sun light up Coffee Pot Rock and Thunder Mountain, inspiring you to get out and explore. The 3rd patio off the kitchen has views in BOTH directions.
More views from both beds and dining room table inside the house inspire a sense of peace & awe, yet only a mile to Whole Foods, restaurants, pool, tennis. Each photo in this listing describes exactly where the photo is taken on the property or nearby trail. (NOTE: Other VRBO's sometimes show general photos of Sedona that have nothing to do with the property.)
While most visitors struggle to park at famous Soldiers Pass Trailhead you can walk 6 minutes to its miles of biking & hiking trails, or stroll along our gorgeous neighborhood of million $ homes. A unique location for a special vacation!
Simply walk out your door to trailheads for Brins Mesa, Soldiers Pass, Coffee Pot... or the Grand Central/Adobe Jack network or Thunder Mountain collection of biking trails,
Or you can lay low and stroll among our neighborhood of million dollar homes.
