Two bedroom luxury Victorian, steps to the beach

Welcome to Beach Hill, one of the most sought out neighborhoods in Santa Cruz. This listing is for the downstairs portion of the house. My cozy family-friendly Newly UPDATED & REMODELED, 1868 Painted Lady purple Victorian home is a quick and only a 2 MINUTE WALK to the BEACH, BOARDWALK OR DOWNTOWN to the restaurants, bars, & cafes! View the beautiful Pacific Ocean as you step outside, and enjoy the soothing ocean breeze. This is your perfect destination to escape and relax, in paradise.

We have a driveway which can fit three cars+ comfortably! Additional parking explanation will be given in check in instructions.

A portable crib is available upon request.

We will provide you with a key on the day of arrival.

The door to the laundry room will remain locked. If you are staying for more than two days, we will provide the code upon request so that you are able to do some laundry if you need to.

I strive to prepare the house as quickly as possible so that you may enjoy as much time as possible in our home. If I do happen to finish preparation before 4 PM, I will contact you through the message board. I will send you the code as soon as the house is ready.

The house is equipped with basic spices, oils, salt/pepper, etc. in the kitchen. We have lots of extra towels, blankets and pillows.

Please be respectful and courteous of our home. We ask of our guests to treat our space as if it were your own, please be mindful of the hardwood floors, our belongings and art, and please just respect the space. We also please ask to be respectful of our neighbors and to keep noise to a minimum after 10PM, as the city of Santa Cruz has a noise ordinance after that time.
