„This newly renovated property was clean and in a great location! The only markdown we have would be for the complications associated with accessing the property. Parking was terrible due to construction (not the fault of the property owner) and it was difficult to ascertain which property was even our rental. Overall, an AMAZING property that I’m sure we’ll return to in the future.“

Also nice to have free parking lot at the bottom of the hill; the walk down to the beach isn't bad, but when wanting to spend the day on the beach with chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc., it was convenient to just be able to drive down with all our stuff & unload it right there near the sand. We could walk to the beach and boardwalk easy enough, even though there was a lot of construction in the area. We stayed in to cook some of the time, and everything needed was there. My only complaint is I would have preferred to communicate via text instead of email. Otherwise it was a great place and we would go back!“

It is walking distance from a park (perfect for my 18 month son), the ocean, and so many fun local spots. Marcus is also the absolute best host. „We had a wonderful stay over New Year’s. This property is amazing, with views that are unparalleled. We met owners (relatives) when we arrived and they were so helpful, sharing that there was an elevator I could use since I had just had surgery. Plenty of room for the family of 5. Outdated furniture that needs serious cleaning, but we looked out the front windows and all was forgiven! We’d stay here again.“
