„Location is everything! Just off the main shopping/restaurant street in downtown Capitola and a 1 minute walk to the beach. Comfortable stay with everything we needed. My only suggestion would be a different heating system for the downstairs living area. It never warmed up. The floor heaters worked great upstairs. “

„The facility and the location were exactly what I needed: close to the beach, Capitola, and the Boardwalk; a beautiful, quiet room with blackout curtains; a very comfortable bed in a spacious room. All of this for an appropriately reasonable price. I'll definitely go back.“

„Wonderful location close to the beach and downtown shopping, restaurants and coffee spots. Challenging to find parking nearby on busy weekends, but persistence will pay off. Only cleanliness issue encountered was a towel used by previous guest still hanging in bathroom. Otherwise, VERY clean and pleasant. Two showers were small, but not difficult to regulate like some comments state. I would return!!“

„It is the greatest place I have had the privilege to stay. I could not recommend it more. Close to the sea, the River and Trestles. It is lovely. Stayed with my mum and dogs and it met every need. A wonderful little cafe right next door with organic beautiful food and little bakery snacks. I recommend going right at nine when they open because they get swamped! It is a lovely stay and %1000 will go back again. A beautiful place to bring your dogs or family or both. “

„Great apartment, me and my Bestie both wanted to stay forever!There were a couple of things missing from the cabinets that were pictured. It’s no big deal and didn’t affect our stay. There are a couple of random red spots on the TV in the living room. The kitchen was the most well equipped kitchen I have ever seen during any of my stays. I felt right at home.It was a great stay!“
