We had a nice time in spite of all the rain. So hanging out in the house was nice since it was raining all day one of the days. The neighborhood was quiet and no issues with it. The backyard was private and the sun room would have been great in warmer weather.
However, we were charged a cleaning fee, so being asked to do our own laundry of towels and wash all dishes wasn't communicated before booking. And the hot tub was nice, but it was very dirty! Also, the wiring of the TV and stereo systems is confusing, even the young adults had trouble with it. The direction for how to use it didn't really jive with how it actually functioned. The TV turns on from a box in a closet and it also controls TVs in the bedrooms.
But aside from those issues, it was a great rental. I'd recommend it, especially in warm weather.
