In one of the bedrooms, there was extensive dark spotting and black discoloration on the windows, shades, and in the bathroom consistent with mold or mildew. The staining was widespread and immediately noticeable and made the room feel unclean and poorly maintained. „Parking is in front of garage and you have to back out into a somewhat busy street, doable but I had a truck... Cute bathroom, roomy shower but tiny toilet right behind the door. Nice and airy room, no TV? Roomy closet had a crib if you have small ones, a nice touch. Bed is a comfy queen, I am a restless sleeper and had a hard time with the memory foam mattress-once you sink in it's tough to turn over. Convenient location, nice private patio.“
