„The house was perfect. Easily enough space for a family of 6 adults with 4 good bedrooms; easy walk down to the water and in to SB. The backyard is amazing, comfortable, private with both hot tub and fire pit. Brent was a very responsive host. I would definitely stay here again!!“

„Fantastic stay- the location near downtown is probably the most outstanding feature for this large house- lots of fun: bikes, ping pong, basketball! The layout functions almost like two separate units which was PERFECT for us since we had two families staying together— allowing for some separation and privacy. Thanks for a great stay. “

„Had a marvelous time at this lovely home. The home had everything you could possibly need or want. So well stocked. Mark, the host, was so responsive to our questions and provided so much useful information about dining, things to do, etc. The backyard is so private and lush. We had 2 dogs with us and they loved it! The beach is just a few blocks away so easy to walk to. Great overall location! “

„This is a really excellent house! We were a three-generation party of ten, two grandparents, three kids with spouses and two young grandchildren. The 4 bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms, were roomy and afforded good privacy. The open living room/dining area/kitchen area was spacious and well equipped. „The Blue Door Bungalow was fantastic. We were in a very nice neighborhood which was close in proximity to nearby restaurants, hiking paths and to Santa Barbara. My adult daughter and I stayed after driving from LA. The Bungalow is extremely well appointed, clean and comfortable. Surrounding neighborhood was super quiet, and made for great sleeping - in addition to the very comfortable bed. So nice to have some coffee and ice upon arrival.
