Everything was great at this property. We did have eaten issue with our door, not staying locked after you close it, but the staff came out and fix the concern. The hotel is clean. It was quiet. There was a door seating area in the middle. Parking is secure staff is able to see the parking lot and able to see when you arrive and leave so that they can open the gate

The colonial-style hotel is conveniently located near the historic center. The room is nice the only bad thing is that they gave me two remote controls to use a TV, but the service of the staff is good.

The beautiful hacienda theme is evident throughout the property with Mexican tile, colorful walls, lush garden-patio, and metal accents. The double bed rooms are small and have a single chair and small desk for a sitting area. The bathroom sink is a little high for the average (5’ 2”) female. Shower is nice, good water flow and hot water are available. Bar soap and shampoo are provided but no conditioner, so be sure to pack some! There is no air conditioning (not even a mini-split), so a fan was provided to us (we asked for it). Opening the window and taking a shower help to cool off. We stayed in March, so the heat wasn’t too bad. I can’t imagine a stay during the summer months! We also asked for an iron from the front desk; there is no board, but the beds are firm enough to iron on. Continental breakfast is a very small portion - a sweet bread and about 2 oz each of fruit, yogurt, and granola. They offer your choice of four or five menu items for a small upcharge, but they are not worth the price. If breakfast is your thing, you’re much better off going to one of the many cafés within walking distance, i.e. Cafe Buen Día, El Encanto. Hotel is within walking distance to many tourist attractions, including Mercado de Artesanias, Parroquia, Museo de Allende, and Parque San Benito, but I would stay a little closer next time.

Todo estaba bien, hasta que me di cuenta de que olvidé mi perfume en el cuarto al dejar el hotel. Llamé para dar aviso, pero me dicen que no había nada. Ahí se quedó mi perfume, no lo pude haber dejado en otro lado porque fue al único lugar que fui. ¡Qué lástima que no aparezca!

Los colchones son muy duros. Amanecimos con dolor de espalda. Las habitaciones son pequeñas 17 m2 aproximadamente. En el jardín tiene unos árboles gigantes, muy bonitos, pero están llenos de pájaros que despiertan a las 6am.

There were so many cockroaches in the room, we actually had to sent my husband first to check the bathrooms before I went or my kid went. We complained and they said they did something but we still had the roaches. Internet does not work. I called and complained and was told the internet was working just fine, I had work to do but they were really helpless in getting internet to work as they were not even willing to try to help get a solution. Also the included breakfast is just apiece of bread, coffee and like 3 pieces of fruit.

Very clean, comfortable beds, large spacious rooms. Continental breakfast was a plus although they serve the same thing every day there was also a restaurant which you could order from the menu. I would definitely recommend this.

It had warm water. The second floor had a nice view to the parking lot. It was peaceful. It was hard to borrow utensils. We forgot some items and they never remind us about it or contact us about it. The door had a gap, no heater, hard mattress. Expedia charged us almost three times that if we had done directly. Thank you!!

Tuve un inconveniente ya que no salía agua caliente en mi habitación y me tuvieron que abrir la de a lado para irme a bañar 😭, el desayuno continental está pésimo el café me llegó frío y me tuve que parar a pedir que me lo calentaran
