„The AC was above my head where I sleep and it was loud… Also when i first got there, the key was not in the lockbox. I tried to call the number (6:30pm local time), there was no one picked up. I called at least 10 times in order for someone to pick up. That was nerve wrecking because most do the hotels were full and they were like $700+ usd a night. This place is good value, but the lockbox situation and the lack of people picking up the call was very scary. Ruined my evening “

„We absolutely loved staying at LoveSoulBeautiful in Luquillo. The area is very easy to walk around and find restaurants and shops. You can be at the beach in 30 seconds. It looked exactly like the pictures. Molly and Pedro are incredibly kind and had our unit stocked with coffee, teas, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, sugar scrub etc. I don't think I've ever enjoyed a place I've stayed more. “
