really need to experience this space in person to get the full relaxing

The most picture-perfect outdoor space that you could ask for including all of

your desired amenities. This spot is to die for! While you enjoy our serene

13-person swimming spa, you won't be bothered by anyone - complete privacy and

silence back here! Absolutely stunning!







★☆ THINGS TO NOTE ☆★



☀ If you use the grill, ensure it is left clean. A $45 cleaning fee will be

charged for grills left uncleaned.



☀Shoes off inside the home please



☀13-person spa using time from 8AM - 9:45PM



☀No vaping in any room or any kind of drugs as well around the house or other

neighbors boundaries.



☀NO LOUD MUSIC - this is not a party house



☀Utah has quiet hours past 10PM - please be respectful of the quiet time



☀There will be a $95 fee every time that snow is removed at driveway and snow

removal of the back yard patio and swimming spa area. The amount will be

calculated at the end of your stay. (This amount varies depending on weather

conditions) In the case you want to be in charge of your own snow removal,

there are only shovels in the garage. Snow needs to be removed each time that

it snows no later than 11 to 11:59 am. If there is snow after this time our

crew will remove it. Therefore the $95 snow removal will be applied



☀ Subject for expulsion if disturbing neighbor’s boundary areas, street

parking, a party in the house or exceeding the Maximum capacity of the house

which is 15.



☀ Late Check Out Fees are as follows: $100 for the first hour, $200 for two

hours, and $500 for any extended time.



☀These fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners or any subsequent guests

affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in advance.

Depending on upcoming bookings, we might accommodate you, though a fee might

still apply.



☀Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we

reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be

treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may

apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.



☀If uncertain about guest numbers or daytime visitors, please reach out. We

aim to prevent any misunderstandings.



☀If you violate the house rules, we will contact you via text after a

reasonable amount of time. If we do not receive a response, we will involve

law enforcement to verify and enforce the house rules.

Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place. Plenty of room for the whole family. Management was quick to assist when needed. Family managed to lock themselves out of keypad and management had them back in under 10 minutes. Thankful they was so quick to help as I was in another state. Made me feel at ease that my mom was well taken care off. Thank you again. We will be back!!!

From start to the end the manager - Roger was on top of any questions or minor concerns and ALL were handled immediately.I would suggest that they have a user guide for TV's and Hot Tub.

Family snowboarding and skiing trip for winter break was possible because of this fine accommodation. Plenty of cooking utensils and entertainment options at the house. Lots of flexibility with the house floor plan. The group really enjoyed the oversized hot tub. Minor quibble: expired food was left at the house and was placed the rubbish.

Our family stayed at this terrific home over Thanksgiving and it was perfect for us - plenty of room - 7 bedrooms, big kitchen and living room. Great outdoor space - nice yard and hot tub. Terrific location - beautiful views, 20 minutes to the airport, 20 minutes to the heart of downtown SLC and 30 minutes to park city! We will be back! Thank you!!!

The house, which is in a mature neighborhood against the mountain, has been remodeled and is modern and up to date. There were plenty of rooms and beds for everyone in our group. The big swim spa/hot tub was nice to relax in in the evenings. The big couch in the living room has space for everyone. The area is central to lots of stuff in salt lake City and the general East bench and Sugarhouse/Holladay area. My only critique would be that the Internet was slow and the Wi-Fi network struggled through our stay. Overall a very nice place to stay in salt lake.

We are a family group of 22 with a wide age range. We started out adventure in Yellowstone N.P., then to Kemmerer,Wy to hunt fossils, finally arriving in Salt Lake City. Everyone loved the home, the beds, the large open kitchen and the giant TV. The area was very for visiting Snowbird and the Aquarium while dodging traffic further into the City. Everyone was comfortable and well rested.
