Four Bedrooms with Separate Entrances & Private Bathrooms
Together when you want to be. A little privacy when you need it.

One of Casita Bonita's most distinctive features is its bedroom layout. Rather than a conventional hallway connecting the sleeping areas, each of the four bedrooms has its own exterior entrance, allowing guests to come and go from their accommodations independently.
Every bedroom also includes a private ensuite bathroom, making the home especially well suited for multiple families, couples, and groups who appreciate having their own space. It's a convenient arrangement for guests who enjoy gathering around the pool, sharing meals, and spending time together throughout the day, then retreating to their own sleeping quarters in the evening.
Sleeping Arrangements:
Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed and 1 Double Bed – Sleeps 4
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed and 1 Twin-over-Double Bunk Bed – Sleeps 5
Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed and 1 Twin-over-Double Bunk Bed – Sleeps 5
Bedroom 4: 1 Queen Bed and 1 Twin-over-Double Bunk Bed – Sleeps 5
Total Accommodations: 19 Guests
With four private ensuite bathrooms and an additional half bathroom, Casita Bonita offers convenience and flexibility for larger groups.
Please Note: Each bedroom is accessed through its own exterior entrance rather than an interior hallway. This distinctive layout is particularly appealing to groups seeking separate sleeping accommodations within one vacation property.

Spacious Kitchen & Welcoming Shared Living Areas

Private sleeping quarters and shared gathering spaces make Casita Bonita a wonderful choice for vacationing together. The home's spacious kitchen provides plenty of room for preparing meals, serving breakfast before a day on the Frio River, and enjoying relaxed dinners with family and friends.
The shared living and dining spaces offer comfortable places to gather, catch up, play games, or unwind after a day exploring Concan. Step outside to enjoy the covered patio and private pool, where your group can spend time together throughout the day.
Casita Bonita's combination of separate bedroom entrances and shared living spaces creates an appealing arrangement for guests who want both connection and independence during their stay.
