Perfect for families or groups of friends, the flat offers a bedroom with en‑suite bathroom, a comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen, a study and a second bathroom. Many furnishings and light fixtures are period pieces, adding authentic character. With Metro A stops (Spagna and Piazzale Flaminio) and the Tiber nearby, the apartment offers unbeatable access to Rome’s art, culture and shopping — a delightful base for a classical Roman stay.

The living room has a sofa bed, a television corner and a dining table with 7 chairs. Period furniture, lamps and paintings complete the living room furnishings. There is air conditioning in the living room. The living room overlooks Via del Vantaggio and has double-glazed windows.

The bedroom on the right-hand side has a double bed (160 cm x 190 cm), bedside tables and a wardrobe. The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning. The bedroom overlooks an inner courtyard and has double-glazed windows.
