Trastevere bright renovated 1 bedroom apartment

Matilda Charme is a bright two room apartment, recently renovated, located on the 1st floor of a period building in Trastevere. The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people with its spacious living room equipped with comfortable sofa and armchair bed.

From the hallway from which you access the apartment you will be able to reach the laundry area and luggage storage. The laundry room is equipped with a washer/dryer and iron with board and is available to guests.

Trastevere is an area considered the center of Rome but retains its popular origin with the local market of San Cosimato, 50 meters from Matilda Charme, with the cinema America, occupied to prevent its transformation, and the countless businesses, typical Roman trattorias and bars. Going to a bar in Rome almost always means making friends with the bartender, and Trastevere is teeming with Roman bars and trattorias where you can listen to stories of the people who work there and taste the quintessential Italian flavors starting with breakfast: hot, frothy cappuccino with a creamy maritozzo, a first Roman dish such as carbonara, gricia or cacio e pepe, or a supplì with a thin, crispy pizza! We Romans, too, if we want to eat authentic Roman cuisine go to Trastevere! The location is strategic to reach every corner of Rome, from the monuments of the historic center to the Gianicolo hill, to the very famous Porta Portese market on Sundays! Inside the apartment you will find the Welcome Book that I personally drafted in which I introduce myself and most importantly I propose you many ideas to explore the city and to eat and drink really well, away from the tourist traps! I only recommend places where I personally go!

Matilda Charme right next to the ZTL crossing, so you can arrive by car and park in the area. You can move around on foot to reach all the main attractions. The area is served by train and bus and the cab rank is 50 meters from the entrance of the building where the apartment is located. From Termini Station Take the metro line B from Termini station to Piramide station Take bus line 719 from Cave Ardeatine/Piramide (Mb) stop to Gianicolense/Staz. Trastevere From Fiumicino Airport there is a direct train that arrives at the Trastevere station
