"Opera House" is located in the historic center of Rome, just 100 meters from "Piazza Repubblica" and 5 minutes from the Monti district. At about 200 meters there is the metro stop (line a "Republica") and the Termini Station.The apartment is located on the first floor with no elevator (there are 15 steps to climb on foot) and consiste two bedroom with double bed, small dining room with table and chairs, kitchen, one bathroom with shower, (max 4 people - 60sqm).The apartment is equipped with internet WiFi, washing machine, air conditioning / heating in the lounge and there is a Smart TV. The kitchen is equipped to cook and eat (Microwave and oven). The apartment comes complete with linen and towels for all guests. The apartment is suitable for use for Smart Working with fast internet connection.The City Tax is 6,00 euros per person per day (including children aged 10 years and older) and is to be paid upon arrival (excluding bookings from web portals where the City Tax is already withheld).Late Check in has an additional cost (20 euros from 9:00pm to midnight and 50 euros after midnight).
