It has a spacious 1st bedroom with a double bed,a 2nd big bedroom with a king size bed, a living with a sofa bed (double),a kitchen corner, and 2 comfortable new bathrooms.

It has 3 TV's and air conditioning .There's a fire place as well.

We provide clean bedlinens and towels.

This neighbourhood is probably the best that you can choose for your Rome vacation, cause it's in the midst of the ancient area, but it's not crowded and touristy, making it the ideal place in order to have a silent and relaxing night after the daily sightseeing.

You just have to get out of the building in order to see your first ancient Rome monument : the Portico d'ottavia !

Turn around the corner and you'll find a lot of restaurants and typical cafes.

Walk for 7 minutes in the North direction and you will find Pantheon!

At the south side, walk for 5 minutes and you will reach Trastevere !
