Bus: The Mercede bus stop is located on Via della Mercede and is served by local bus services.
Metro – Spagna (Line A): Spagna is within walking distance and provides convenient connections to Termini, the Vatican area and other parts of Rome. Metro Line A connects Anagnina and Battistini. Metro – Barberini (Line A): Barberini is another convenient nearby station.
For guests arriving from Rome Termini, the easiest options are generally Metro Line A to Spagna followed by a short walk, or a taxi directly to Via della Mercede.

Supermarkets & groceries: Carrefour Express on Via della Vite and Supermercato Carrefour Express at Largo del Nazareno.
Pharmacy: Farmacia San Silvestro is located directly on Via della Mercede, 41. It also offers several additional health services.

Via della Mercede is in the historic centre of Rome, within the ZTL Centro Storico. Access by car is therefore restricted during certain hours, and guests should check the ZTL rules before driving to the apartment.
The current restrictions for the ZTL Centro Storico are:
Monday–Friday: 6:30 AM–6:00 PM
Saturday: 2:00 PM–6:00 PM
Friday and Saturday night: 11:00 PM–3:00 AM
The night-time ZTL is not active during August.
Unless the vehicle is authorised, do not enter the ZTL during restricted hours, as automatic cameras monitor the access points.
For guests arriving by car, it is generally easier to park outside the restricted area and walk or use public transport to the apartment.

Autorimessa Belsiana — Via Belsiana 98, convenient for the Spanish Steps.
Parcheggio Colonna — Via Santa Maria in Via 11/13, close to the Trevi Fountain.
Parking Ludovisi — Via Ludovisi 60, a useful option for avoiding driving directly into the historic centre.
Parking in blue-line zones is subject to a charge. The standard rate currently set by Roma Mobilità for blue-line zones within the restricted traffic zones (ZTL) is €1.20 per hour.

L'appartamento dispone di un soggiorno luminoso e confortevole che si affaccia direttamente sulla terrazza. Offre inoltre due comode camere da letto, un bagno e una cucina completamente attrezzata con zona pranzo separata. La zona pranzo si affaccia su un piccolo balcone.
L'aria condizionata è disponibile nel soggiorno e nella camera da letto con letto matrimoniale.

The living room is furnished with two sofa beds (190cm x 120cm) and a TV corner. From here, there is access to the terrace overlooking Via della Mercede, which is also furnished with a table, chairs and a parasol.

The master bedroom comes with a double bed (160cm X 190cm), a small table perfect for a quick breakfast, a big closet and a sunny window opening out onto the terrace; the second bedroom has two single beds, a wardrobe and bedside tables.

The kitchen is small but equipped with oven, stove,refridgerator, microwave, toaster and electric kettle. The kitchen has a window which offers a splendid view of the Pennone del Quirinale.

The bathroom is equipped with a large shower cabin, basin, bidet and toilette. The washing machine is in the bathroom.
